Randall and his assistant arrived on-time and were very respectful while in our home. Randall explained the cleaning method and associated benefits such as drying time and disinfecting service. Randall is focused on providing very good customer service and provides a top-quality job. Our carpets dried within the hour; our home smelled cleaned, and our home was ready for use an hour thereafter. We are going to use Heavan's Best to clean our hardwood floors.
