Wow wow wow! My carpets were absolutely trashed after just years of life with 4 pets….. John did such an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable about everything and really gave us a detailed cost breakdown. He was very quick and thorough and so so helpful as I had to move a lot of furniture. He dealt with the obscene amount of pet hair that I couldn’t believe was in our carpet! And they look seriously brand new. We had so many bad stains and 99% of them are completely gone and the others so faded that you can barely tell.
